This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and APP BOX EOOD, UIC 207060361 ("App Box") for Countdown Widget Timer (the "Licensed Application"). Apple is not a party to this EULA. This EULA supplements the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Usage Rules. If a provision conflicts, mandatory law and the applicable Apple terms control.
App Box grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, including permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase use.
You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, modify, create derivative works from, defeat security or purchase controls in, or reverse engineer the Licensed Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain your rights in event information and photos you add. You represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. The App stores this content locally for the features you request; see the Privacy Policy for details.
App Box, not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance and support required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Licensed Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensed Application is provided "as is" and "as available". If it fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, under its rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. App Box remains responsible for any other warranty that cannot be disclaimed.
App Box, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including product-liability, consumer-protection, privacy, or regulatory claims. App Box, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging a third-party intellectual-property infringement claim concerning the Licensed Application.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list. You must comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, and local laws.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Apple services, calendar services, Firebase, Google advertising and consent services, telecommunications services, or any other third-party feature used with the Licensed Application.
In-App Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by the App Store terms displayed at purchase. App Box does not process payment-card details. Premium access depends on a valid StoreKit entitlement.
This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. On termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application. Provisions concerning ownership, warranty, liability, and legal compliance survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the Licensed Application. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
This EULA is governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. After you accept it, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
