These Terms govern your use of Countdown Widget Timer ("Countdown" or the "App"), provided by APP BOX EOOD, UIC 207060361 ("App Box", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Countdown, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Countdown lets you create event countdowns, configure reminders and recurrence, use home-screen and lock-screen widgets, share selected data with the companion Apple Watch experience, choose event backgrounds, and optionally add events to your system calendar. Some features require internet access, Apple services, device permissions, or a supported operating-system version.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of event information and images you add, for maintaining access to your device, and for checking important dates independently. Countdown is a convenience tool; it is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical reminder service. Do not rely on a notification or widget as the sole means of meeting an important deadline.
You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation or security, use it unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, circumvent purchase controls, or reverse engineer it except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Countdown may offer one-time premium purchases. Older products may include renewable subscriptions that remain recognized for existing purchasers. Prices, included features, and payment terms are shown by the App Store before purchase. Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and Family Sharing eligibility under your Apple account and Apple's rules. You can restore eligible purchases from the App. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
The App may use Apple services, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and Google User Messaging Platform. Their availability and operation are subject to their own terms and policies. Links or integrations do not make App Box responsible for a third-party service.
Countdown, its software, visual design, trademarks, and App Box-provided assets are owned by App Box or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in your own event information and photos. Your license to the App is limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to the End-User License Agreement.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or operating-system version. You are responsible for installing compatible updates and maintaining any connectivity needed for online features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may stop using Countdown at any time. Your license ends if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
